Return & Refund Policy

At Sugar and Spice Book Co., our goal is for every order to bring a little joy to your shelf. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns

• Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase (name, email, or order number).

• Books cannot be returned if they’ve been opened or read and simply weren’t to your taste. As a small business, we can only accept returns for condition, not for content.

• Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging intact.

How to Start a Return
Please email us at hello@sugarandspicebookco.com with your order information. We’ll provide instructions and the return shipping address.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If we shipped the wrong item or the order arrived damaged, we’ll cover the cost to make it right.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
